As per the listing agreement when I placed the ad, this is to notify you that I executed a contract today, 10/15/03 for the sale with a purchaser. Please update MLS 244174 to show sale pending (or 'has contract' or whatever you put in the listing)

Closing is set for 5/15/03.

I've been continuing to show the townhouse while I waited for the contingincies on the contract to be removed and the buyer's loan to be approved; those items are all set now. I ended up with 3 additional seriously interested parties who asked to be called if the contract fell through!
